OAuth flows through accounts.betterseqta.org with token exchange server-side. Sync runs in the content script to avoid MV3 service worker timeouts. Adds Svelte calendar sync UI on the timetable page, extension asset URL helper, and excludes calendar tokens from cloud sync.

Harden theme list fetching with normalized API responses, timeouts, retries,
and a visible error state so the store no longer stays blank when messaging
or payloads fail (common after extension updates without a SEQTA tab reload).

basically just shows until dismissed even persistent over reloads so the user doesn't lose it the moment they navigate away or if they load the page and close it immediately

Implements fetching the privacy policy from the BetterSEQTA+ API and displays a notification if the policy has been updated. Adds sanitization for HTML content, updates settings state to track last shown timestamp, and provides a manual trigger in settings. Refactors notification logic for improved security and maintainability.
